It cannot be bound in units
It cannot be measured by desires
Sometimes a moment comes
And lingers on, like a century
And sometimes, and age goes by
Flowing like a stream
P.S. Just done a makeshift kind of translation here, and I am not too happy with the result. Any help here is very welcome :-)

Though I feel that most of my attempts at translation are not quite successful.

and stays on for a century
and sometimes, an age goes
like a river flows
ahem...err...m not supposed to be very good at translations, but i do think i did a good job here ;)
and, sigh, well, because i'm at a complete loss of words these days, i'm actually liking these words very very much...and to be politically correct, i would have liked these words even if i were not devoid of them me-self....
